Directions to HHAMA, The Loft, The Bessborough Centre, Blackrock, Cork

Eircode T12 TP64, PLEASE ONLY USE EIRCODE FINDER TO LOCATE OUR BULIDING AS GOOGLE MAPS HAS TAKEN PEOPLE ON A DIFFERENT ROUTE TO THE BACK OF OUR BUILDING AND YOU CAN NOT ACCESS OUR BUILDING FROM THAT ROAD. Be careful you are not being directed to the Creche – which would have you turning left at the roundabout with the CHILDHOOD MATTERS centre in front of you.
If you are coming from the West
You will be on the link road, N40, east bound and coming towards Mahon point Shopping Centre, this will be exit 10 for MAHON/BLACKROCK. Take this exit and turn left at the lights at the top of the slip road.
If you are coming from the East
After the Tunnel you will be on the link road, N40, west bound and coming towards Mahon point Shopping Centre, this will be exit 10 for MAHON/BLACKROCK. Take this exit and turn right at the lights at the top of the slip road. Over the road bridge to traffic lights and you will be going straight through those traffic lights.
All then follow:
Continuing straight through – past the shopping centre on your right – and again through a set of lights straight on. The road curves right at the Animal Shelter and on straight to another set of traffic lights at a cross roads. OLEARY INSURANCE will be on your left and the CSO on your right.
You will take the left turning lane [not the bus lane] at these lights and travel past the Maxol Garage on your left to another set of traffic lights. Move in to the left lane [a bus lane you can move into after the bus stop just before the lights] and filter left, at the Credit union. Straight down this road and at the end of the road at a little roundabout you will see a sign for CHILDHOOD MATTERS straight ahead.
Be careful you are not being directed to the Creche – which would have you turning left at the roundabout with the CHILDHOOD MATTERS centre in front of you.
Come in to the centre, you may be stopped at the hut – tell the gentleman at the hut that you have an appointment with Helping Hands in the Loft.
And from the City:
If you are familiar with the city and coming to Bessborough from the Skehard Road/Well Road or Church Road options you will take the BLACKROCK/MAHON exit at the Skehard road roundabout [SUPERVALUE] and then the right at the next traffic lights at St. Michael’s Credit Union and follow above from CHILDHOOD MATTERS.

When coming from Kent station and walking to the bus station please follow link below for directions:
In Bessborough Centre NOW CALLED CHILDHOOD MATTERS : after you check in at the security gate or pass the hut if empty.
Come straight along the entrance road about 200 yards and you come to a turn off on your left, follow that and it brings you into to a gate type entrance on the right called STAFF PARKING.
Drive in there and keep left along the wall – ahead of you are glass houses and you are turning left in front of the glass houses into our car park. There are two new signs in front of the glasshouses but neither mention HHAMA as they are Bessborough Centre signs but turning left is correct for HHAMA.
Look to the right in the car park and you will see a gap in the centre of the wall on the right of the car park, there is a sign for HELPING HANDS…,park and come in the gap in the wall and follow the path to the left to our building.
