HHAMA COVID-19 Access Restrictions

In an effort to confine COVID-19 infection, the Helping Hands has decided to restrict public access to our offices with immediate effect until further notice.  All those with appointments have been contacted and alternative arrangements have been made.

HHAMA is considering partial working at home arrangements to facilitate the welfare of our staff and this will lead to some restricted phone access to personnel for HHAMA clients.

We understand this may mean inconvenience but we want to assure you that we will have access to email at all times and we suggest, if you have a query, that you email us and include your phone number in the email so, if necessary, we can call you back or reply by email.

We will continue to work closely with the authorities here and in sending countries to ensure the safety of the children and applicant families is a priority.

We in HHAMA wish you all well at this challenging time.

Sincerely

HHAMA
