02 Jul HHAMA telephone and internet issues

We continue to have interrupted broadband service to HHAMA’s offices. We continue to wait for eir to resolve the issue despite several attempts. We apologise but our phone line, which is broadband dependant, is not reliable and so calls are not getting through to us nor can we make calls for a significant part of the day.
We are taking alternative service action at this time and we are hopeful we will have a permanent solution in the next few days.
We do ask all clients to email us as we can access email on secured devices.
