It is expected that the Thai Authorities will shortly announce some changes in the Thai adoption programme, opening the programme to same sex couples.  Full details of all the changes in the Thai programme will be issued when they are formalised.  In the meantime, do pre-register with HHAMA for the full information service prior to commencing your TUSLA assessment.
